QUALITY CONSTRUCTION FOR MORE THAN 40 YEARS
In the fall of 1975 the Treasure Valley was going through a building boom. Keith Spiers, 34 years old with a wife, 3 sons and a 3rd on the way saw himself in the dead end job with no future and decided to take a risk going into debt on his first tractor, he worked daylight till after dark 7 days a week to stay ahead. With some good advice & encouragement from friends, his determination and hard work paid off.
Spiers Construction is well established and stands for quality and honesty when you need digging of any kind. Keith's mission "always do it right and deliver more than expected" is carried on today by his son Darren. The company now does all phases of excavation, grading, septic systems, large and small, septic design, retaining walls and hillside work. Spiers Construction is public works licensed, complex septic licensed, and also Oregon licensed.
